The Fenway-Kenmore neighborhood is one of the officially recognized neighborhoods in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts. The neighborhood is popular as the home of the Boston Red Sox. Eastern Housing Court

The Eastern Housing Court has jurisdiction over civil and criminal actions relating to the welfare, health, and safety of the owner or occupant of a residential building. This includes cases involving a breach of contract, property damage, personal injury, and discrimination, among other things.

The Eastern Housing Court conducts most court business remotely. Massachusetts Land Court

The Massachusetts Land Court serves the Fenway-Kenmore neighborhood. The court has exclusive original and concurrent jurisdictions over matters of real estate. The court has exclusive original jurisdiction over the registration of title to real estate and matters arising from the registration. Unless otherwise stated, cases relating to delinquency and youthful offenders are heard in-person. Other cases may be conducted virtually.
